Tom began working with computers in the mid 80's when the first IBM XT's were introduced. At the time, he was the VP of a CA Corporation and business applications on PC's were in their infancy.

Tom worked with DOS applications and progressed into newer operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP, and their applications.

As Tom's interest grew into network communications, he became certified as a systems engineer by Microsoft (MCSE), Hewlett Packard (HPCSE), and by Novell as a Certified Novell Administrator (CNA).

Tom became proficient with Network Protocols, Client/Server engineering, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office programs. Part of his skill-set includes working with MS Exchange Server, Veritas backup software, Virus Protection programs, Firewall installation and VPN configuration for clients who require secure remote access for business critical applications.

After working as a network engineer for an elite, full service provider consulting firm, Tom's desire to offer similar services to businesses local to his home in Monrovia became apparent. Having been the principle of a small business, Tom brings professionalism and technical expertise to the local business community.
